Here at Cality Care, we are dedicated to supporting our clients in achieving their goals and living their lives as independently as possible. We are currently seeking Support workers experienced with Dementia associated with Challenging Behaviours that can assist with Medication and Personal care.

**About the role**:
This role will include supporting our clients in their homes and in the community to meet their daily needs and increase quality of life. **Duties include personal care, domestic assistance, manual handling, social support and community access, medication assistance.**

**Required**:

- **Australian Driver’s License and reliable car**:

- **Current NDIS Workers check or Blue card/Police Check**:

- **Recent work-related references**

**Salary**: $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Flexible hours
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Penalty rates
