- Clerk grade 7/8 full time base salary $99,431 to $110,064 p.a. plus superannuation (salary is pro rata for part time)

Courts, Tribunals and Service Delivery support the NSW community by providing access to justice services, through the protection of rights and public safety initiatives. The NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT) provides specialist Tribunal services to help parties resolve disputes fairly and according to law.

**Duties**

We have an exciting opportunity to join the Consumer and Commercial Division of the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal.

As the Deputy Divisional Registrar - Conciliator you will conduct conciliation conferences between parties to facilitate the early resolution of disputes in line with the Tribunal’s key objectives of providing prompt, proportionate, accessible and cost effective services.

**About you**

To succeed as a Deputy Divisional Registrar - Conciliator you will:

- Have the ability to demonstrate empathy and understanding of disputing parties without compromising neutrality
- Be able to negotiate and influence positive outcomes for all parties
- Have a strong work ethic with a can-do attitude to work to tight deadlines across multiple tasks

**Role requirements**

It is an essential requirement of the role that successful applicants will be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and proof of vaccination will be requested prior to commencing employment.
