We are looking for a **Dual Site Concession Manager** who connects with our vision and joins the conversation by launching our legacy, communicating our message and creating an elevated customer and team experience, within our **Myer Macquarie Concession Pads**.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- Drive a customer-focused culture, creating a memorable and seamless experience with every interaction
- Empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring and collaboration
- Work with Leadership to build an effective and profitable concession pad
- Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators
- Drive operational excellence, manage rosters and prepare back-of-house administration.

**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**:

- Experience in a similar role, supervising teams of up 5 staff.
- A supportive leader, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to assist driving sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPI’s and in line with budgets.
- An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
- Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
