Cleaner - Restaurant/cafe

Sun Cleaning Corp are currently seeking experienced Kitchen Commercial Cleaners to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of our clients cafe/restaurant in an ongoing casual capacity. In this role you will be required to take pride in your work and be committed to working to a high level of safety and deliver exceptional cleaning services based on our client needs, and must be able to work every weekend, After 10pm.

**The Role**:

- Full kitchen detail on Sunday/Monday night - cleaning inside and outside of range-hoods using food formulated degreaser, cleaning grill and oven trays, cleaning stove hobs, and polishing stainless benches
- Using chemicals and adhering to safety standards
- Following schedules and standard operating procedures (SOP’s)
- Other duties associated with cleaning requirements
- Complete tasks associated with vacuuming and mopping floors
- Disinfection of bathrooms and amenities
- Spot check and clean of mirrors and glass throughout
- Wiping down and disinfecting back of house along with stainless steel polishing including pizza bar, drink bar and cafe area

**What you'll need?**

To be considered for this role, you will:

- Have experience cleaning in a commercial environment
- Have your own reliable car or form of transport
- 2 contactable work references
- Full Australian working rights
- The availability to work Monday to Sunday

**What licence I needed?**
- Australian National Police Check
- Australian driver's licence and own transport (preferred)

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Christmas bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Liverpool, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Must have Driver Licence and Car (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
