Haynes is currently seeking a Stores person and Internal Wearhouse Coordinator to join our valued client based in Seventeen Mile Rocks, Brisbane.

**About the Job**:

- Start Date: ASAP - 3 months Temp to Perm
- Hours: Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm)
- Location: Seventeen Mile Rocks, Brisbane

**Requirements**:

- Driver's license and reliable transport.
- Forklift Licence
- Intermediate computer skills
- Experience in Polyethylene pipe, fittings and valves would be helpful but not necessary
- Prior experience in a similar role highly advantageous
- Experience with ProfitPlus - advantageous, however training will be provided.

**Responsibilities**:

- Keying of Sales Orders received from customers and sending order confirmations
- Answering phone and taking calls from customers placing orders, following up on orders
- Taking orders to the warehouse and ensuring the orders get picked and accurately packed within the customer time frame requirements
- Attaching photos and all paperwork to customers jobs
- Assisting in packing orders when required to ensure the above
- Liaising with the purchasing staff about customer requirements
- Assisting in booking freight when required
