**Bookkeeper - XERO**
Seeking an Full-Time experienced Bookkeeper to join our growing team
**THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE MUST EITHER HAVE COMPLETED A XERO CERTIFICATE IV IN BOOKKEEPING OR CERTIFICATE IV IN ACCOUNTING,**
**Duties include but are not limited to**:
- Assist with implementation and training clients in the use of **Xero,**:
- Preparation of end-of-month and end-of-year reconciliations and reporting
- Payroll preparation, STP reporting, Superannuaiton payments & reporting, reconciliations and lodgement
- Accounts Payable and Receivable
- BAS / IAS preparation and lodgement
- Attending client meetings both individually and jointly with the accountants as required
- Assisting clients where required in developing their own internal administration and financial systems and processes
**Your Skills**:
- At least 3 years’ experience as a bookkeeper
- Experience in a multi-client bookkeeping environment
- Experience in business development and client retention
- Firm understanding of bookkeeping and/or accounting principles
- Strong working experience with Xero is essential
- Confident working with a diverse range of clients
- High standard of attention to detail
- Have a burning desire to balance accounts correctly
- Strong skills in written and spoken English
