**The Role**:
Best & Less has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Part-Time Team Member to join the passionate and supportive team at our Mt Pleasant store.

As an integral member of the Mt Pleasant ‘Bestie’ team, you will be supported by a group of people who are genuinely interested in your success, have a 'down-to-earth' approach, are passionate about our product, and genuinely enjoy working together

**Your day will consist of**:

- Creating a passionate & unique shopping experience for our customers
- Together with your team, create the ‘Bestie’ culture in store
- Bringing the 'Bestie' culture to life through an environment of fun & teamwork
- Drive for results, exceeding sales & profit for the store
- Ensure the sales floor is fully merchandised and replenished
- Create a VM presentation of the store from door to floor
- Ensure the store is tidy and well presented

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: Up to $25.80 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week

**Benefits**:

- Penalty rates

**Experience**:

- Visual Merchandising: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
