About the role
Permanent full time opportunity to provide effective leadership in the planning, management, and delivery of safe, quality consumer/person centred care within procedural areas of the Surgery and Critical Care Program. This role functions as an effective interprofessional team member demonstrating professional and clinical expertise and contemporary knowledge in strategic planning, quality management and professional leadership and development. The role collaborates with other Senior Nurse leaders and key stakeholders in leading the development and implementation of strategies to meet the demand for health care services, targets and key performance indicators across TPCH.
About you
- Participate in and manage the performance and development planning of self and staff reporting to the position.
- Support, nurture and sustain a culture of continuous quality improvement and supports research and education priorities in alignment with nursing professional stream strategic direction.
