Let's talk about what our nib Customer Care Service roles look like

Our Customer Care Consultants working in our Health Insurance department Service roles are phone based and, these roles will will see you provide accurate and comprehensive information and advice about nib’s health and travel products and services whilst delivering a meaningful member and traveller experience. More specifically these roles will see you:
- Represent nibs brand by providing excellence in customer service in a professional manner- First point of contact for health fund members, providers, brokers and clients- As a health and travel partner, ensure nib members and travellers are fully informed with accurate information about their product- Strive to efficiently achieve first call resolution.- Be open to growth and learning, and be part of a team culture that supports one another and celebrates our success- Promote nib products and services

We have a range of different shift patterns, including early, mid and afternoon shifts and we occasionally have part-time opportunities too.
