Full Time Position 38hr week plus overtime
- $42 per hour plus ute and tools supplied
- Work sites are predominantly in the Brisbane region;

**About the job**
Our client is seeking an experienced site installer of structural steel and metalwork to join their team.

Your duties will include;
- Read & interpret drawings
- Mark & set out
- Drilling and installing chemical fasteners
- Rigging and installing structural steel
- Installation of metalwork including balustrades and screens
- Site welding as required
- Co-ordination with clients & other subcontractors

The following skills and attributes are desirable:

- Minimum two years installation of structural steel experience.
- Trade qualification (Boilermaker) - preferred, and/or licensed and experienced rigger
- Competent with Stick welding - preferred
- Ability to read and understand drawings.
- Mark & set out
- Ability to both fabricate & install metalwork items such as handrails, awnings and the erection of structural steel advantageous
- Fit & motivated to work
- Have the ability to work both independently and as a team member
- Show initiative within the workplace with a safety-first mindset
- Have a high attention to detail with your workmanship

Tickets/licenses required:

- Current drivers license.
- Working at Heights.
- E.W.P. above 11m advantageous
- Scissor lift yellow card
- Construction White card
- Dogman & /or Rigger
- Trade qualified boilermaker
