Burger Urge (BU) have been making delicious and juicy burgers for 15 years We believe in making burgers the way they should be, with premium local ingredients, delicious, classic, and on trend recipes.

Reporting directly to the CHRO your role is responsible for the full-cycle recruitment of all Operations and Head Office roles in the network.

The Role
- Advertising vacant and newly created positions.
- Manage our Applicant Tracking Software (ATS) LiveHire.
- Scheduling face to face interviews or trials with store managers or department leads.
- Assisting with virtual interviews as needed
- Send out contracts and position descriptions.
- Ensure staff are onboarding correctly through our onboarding software TANDA and training software EdApp.
- Database maintenance and administrative tasks associated with the full cycle recruitment and onboarding process.
- Check in with staff after the recruitment process is completed to assess if our recruitment methods are effective.

Job details
- KPI bonus will commence after probationary period is passed or earlier at the discretion of the CHRO.
- 38 hours per week.
- Monday to Friday is in the office.

About you
- 2+ years general HR or recruitment experience with recruiting in hospitality being highly desired.
- Experience with onboarding and employment contracts.
- Ability to conduct research on the most effective recruiting methods
- Able to identify the company culture and hire staff to suit.
