**About the role**
The Facilities Officer provides comprehensive facilities and asset management services to TAFE NSW sites, ensuring high standards of amenity, customer service, safety, and compliance. This role involves coordinating service providers and performing tasks that include maintenance and repairs, security access, emergency response, stock control, distribution, and systems administration.
Both roles are temporary full time and based at our Ultimo Campus and you will be expected to travel across the varying campuses within the Sydney Region.
**About You**
You have excellent organisational and administrative skills and can use computerised systems that support work activities. You enjoy building trusting relationships, collaborating with your team, and taking initiative.
In addition to the above you will have:
- Certificate IV in relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.
- Minimum Class C drivers and forklift licences, or willingness and ability to obtain; and willingness to update licences/certifications and undertake essential training as required.
- Willingness and ability to travel and work at sites across Sydney Region campuses.
