**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Relevant degree or qualification in fields like Fashion Merchandising, Business, Finance, or Analytics highly regarded.
- Proven experience as a Planning Analyst, proficient with sales budgets and predictive analysis of historical data.
- Assistant Planner background preferred.
- Confident in analytical skills for impactful category decisions.
- Strong communicator, influential with stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, exceptional time management, keen attention to detail.
