Working closely with the Director of Tax Services and a lead tax advisory firm. You will advise SME clients on a wide range of complex tax issues including structures, restructures, CGT concessions, rollovers, international tax, cross-border structures, Division 7A, GST and other tax issues affecting SME clients.

**What the role involves**:

- Preparing technical advice on a wide range of complex tax issues
- Managing specialist technical assignments efficiently
- Answering technical questions
- Providing technical support to your clients
- Ad-hoc responsibilities as required

**What we’re after**:

- 10 + years of tax advisory experience in an established tax consulting environment (Big 4/mid tier or specialist boutique firm)
- Solid Australian tax technical skills and knowledge
- Strong professional written communication skills
- Ability to identify and resolve difficult and complex technical problems
- Ability to interpret complex tax issues into everyday language
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- CA/CPA qualified and/or Master of Tax
