**Join Our Team as a Process Worker**

Are you a detail-oriented, hands-on worker with a strong commitment to quality and safety?

We are looking for motivated, reliable individuals to join our team as **Process Workers**.

In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

**Shift: Monday to Friday 6:00am-2:25pm with 50 minutes break**

**Pay: $30.13 - $32.23**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Production Support**: Operate and maintain machinery and equipment in the production line.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications, perform inspections when necessary.
- **Process Monitoring**: Monitor production processes and adjust machines to ensure optimal efficiency.
- **Material Handling**: Move materials to and from workstations and ensure smooth supply flow.
- **Safety Compliance**: Follow all safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- **Cleaning & Maintenance**: Keep the production area clean and organized, and assist with basic machine maintenance.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is an advantage, but not required.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to follow instructions and maintain high standards of quality.
- **Physical Stamina**: Ability to lift, stand, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- **Team Player**: Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $30.23 - $32.23 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Morning shift
