Pacific Crown Helicopters is a specialist Airbus Helicopters and Safran Helicopter Engines Maintenance Centre on Queensland's Sunshine Coast. We are a small team of dedicated professionals operating from a purpose-built facility with easy road access and free on-site parking.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Maintenance Planner with aviation experience to join our team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and manage maintenance schedules for aircraft in accordance with regulatory requirements
and manufacturer guidelines.
- Coordinate with the engineering team to ensure that all maintenance activities are completed on time
and in compliance with company and aviation authority standards.
- Liaise with parts suppliers and inventory managers to ensure timely procurement of required parts and materials.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, ensuring all documentation is properly filed and accessible.
- Work closely with both internal teams and external service providers to streamline maintenance workflows.
- Monitor aircraft availability and ensure that maintenance planning aligns with operational needs.
**Favourable Qualifications / Attributes**:
- Prior experience in aviation maintenance planning or similar roles.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional experience
- Knowledge of CASA Australia regulations or equivalent international aviation maintenance standards.
- Familiarity with Airbus Helicopters or similar aircraft types.
- Proficiency in using maintenance planning software.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Must have formal work rights in Australia.
- Experience with Airbus Helicopters models.
- Flexibility with work hours and schedules.
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with engineers, suppliers, and management.
- Own transport and a valid driver’s license.
- An Aviation ASIC Security Card (or be able to obtain one).
This is a permanent full-time position, offering a competitive salary of AUD 60,000.00 and AUD 80,000.00, depending on experience. Career development and further training opportunities are available. A relocation package can be negotiated if necessary.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
