**Job Title: Swimming Instructor**

**Location**: JUMP Swim Schools Bella Vista

**About Us**: We are a well-established swimming school dedicated to providing high-quality swim education for all ages and skill levels. We are looking for a motivated and responsible Swimming Instructor to join our team

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Instructing swim lessons for children and adults, including squads level swimmers.
- Providing safe, engaging, and professional swimming instruction in a supportive environment.
- Ensuring all safety procedures are followed.
- Communicating effectively with students and parents.
- Helping to assess and track progress.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Must have or be seeking current qualifications in First Aid and CPR (or willing to obtain).
- AUSTSWIM certification is highly preferred but not essential.
- Strong water skills with a good understanding of swimming techniques at a squad level.
- Must be flexible with work hours.
- Mature, professional attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
