**About the role**:
The role of Finance Business Partner sits within the Strategy & Business Development team and reports directly to the Senior Finance Business Partner.

The Finance Business Partner is a key role within an established team and will be responsible for producing high quality financial and strategic analysis whilst establishing a new function of business partnering whilst managing several key relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Work closely with Housing Officers and the Finance team to develop annual budgets and monitor performance against agreed budgets
- Report, review and track sales and settlements with the Retirement Portfolio
- Undertake scenario analysis and influence strategy and planningAssist the Senior Finance Business Partner in providing financial analysis and performance reports to the residential aged care facility division
- Report, review and track sales and settlements with the Retirement Portfolio
- Develop tools, reports, models and procedures with various stakeholders

- Health, Aged Care, Property or Retirement Industry experience
- CPA, CA or equivalent, or working towards
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Higher Qualification in Accounting
- Extensive knowledge of business management including budget development, forecasting, costing, analysis and reporting
- Demonstrated high level quantitative and analytical skill in financial, business, and strategic planning with accuracy and clarity
- Demonstrated high level of presentation, consultation and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to exercise sound judgement and provide leadership in professional standards and ethics
- A strong understanding of finance systems and reporting tools will mean that you are well placed to advise on improvements and optimisation. As a result, advanced MS Excel skills are essential
- An obligation to have an annual vaccination(s) as per our vaccination policy
- Capacity and willingness to travel throughout Victoria and Tasmania as required

- Current and ongoing flu and COVID-19 Vaccinations
- Australian working rights
- Ability to pass a national police clearance
