Snap-on Tools Mobile Store Retail Assistant

Full Time Permanent Position - Monday to Friday (One Saturday per month required for a meeting)

Annual salary plus uncapped commission

Immediate start

We are looking for a person with drive who has a genuine passion and desire to achieve. Do you have a great personality, keen to take on a challenge and learn about the Snap-on Tools business?

Your role will include but not limited to:

- Assisting customers and providing the best service possible
- Demonstrating and selling of hand tools, air tools and diagnostic products.
- Processing payment transactions
- On-board computer system operation
- Ordering, unpacking and merchandising of stock.
- General administrative tasks
- Physically fit to lift up to 20 kg and get up down a truck multiple times a day

Ideally you will have:

- Previous retail sales experience and be customer service minded (preferred)
- Exceptional customer service skills and professional manner and presentation.
- An automotive background or general knowledge of tools.
- Proficient computer and numeracy skills.
- Full Manual Driving license and willing to obtain Medium Rigid (MR) licence.
- Ability to work productively unsupervised.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Reliability is an absolute must.
- ability to pass a medical with drug and alcohol screening and police checks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gosford Central Coast, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- driving license (required)
