This role is initially for the extended Christmas period, with the potential for the right person to continue with us after the holiday season.

**About the Role**:
You will be at the heart of our operations, working with a small, supportive team to guarantee every order meets our high standards. Your primary focus will be on quality control and dispatch, but you will also engage with customers to provide a seamless experience.

**Your Core Responsibilities Will Include**:

- **Quality Control**: Meticulously checking personalised items for correct spelling, grammar, and adherence to customer order instructions before they are packaged.
- **Dispatch**: Carefully packaging orders to ensure they are safe for transit and ready for courier pickup.
- **Team Collaboration**: Working effectively within the team to manage daily production targets and complete all required work.
- **Stock Management**: Assisting with accepting and checking stock deliveries and reporting on low levels of packaging materials.
- **Workplace Standards**: Maintaining a clean and safe work environment and upholding the core values of our business.

This is a position that requires a sharp eye for detail and the confidence to raise any issues in a comfortable team setting. While no specific qualifications or prior experience are required, we are looking for someone with the following skills and attributes:
