Installations Labourer

Based in Bibra Lake, my client is a well-recognised and professional storage solutions group who provide a variety of warehouse racking and other storage solutions to a niche section of the market including mining and health care. They manufacture and install mezzanine floors, automation systems, etc in and around the Perth metro area. Due to further growth and demand, they are looking to appoint a Leading Hand for their installations crew.

**THE ROLE**:
Your role as Leading Hand Installer will see you perform the following duties:

- Mezzanine and racking construction (Like a big LEGO set)
- Customer service and liaising with clients on site
- Leading a small crew on site jobs operating hand and power tools
- Light computer related tasks
- At times, working at heights
- Driving to and from various sites in and around the Perth metro area

**HOURS & PAY**:
Your working hours will be anywhere from 40 - 50 per week (OT at penalty rates are payable after 7.6 hours per day with time and half / double time), standard hours are Mon - Fri, 7am - 3pm.

Your base pay rate will be negotiable at $37 - $38 per hour + super for ordinary time (38-hours) and as mentioned above penalties thereafter. This is a permanent role, full-time role with sick pay / holiday pay etc...in addition to this you would also receive a company vehicle.

**ABOUT YOU**:
To be successful, you will ideally hold the following:

- Previous experience working in a construction environment (this could be erecting patios, fences, racking systems etc)
- Leading Hand / Supervisory experience
- Current drivers licence and reliable vehicle
- Construction White Card
- Sound / Intermediate computer skills
- Be able to pass a full pre-employment medical inc DAS
- Have a strong level of physical ability and good endurance levels as this role requires heavy lifting and a decent level of personal fitness
- Be a permanent resident of Australia with full working rights (sorry no VISA'S)
