We are now looking for a full-time **Warehouse Supervisor **to join our friendly and hardworking team in Salisbury, South Australia. This hands-on role is an excellent opportunity for those with a warehousing background looking to kickstart their career in the wool industry.

**Your next opportunity**:
Some day to day duties may include:

- Loading and unloading trucks as needed
- Moving and organising bales around the shed
- Overseeing safe and efficient operation of wool movements
- Managing and updating warehouse database system
- Coordinating sample stock to ensure it is compliant with AWTA standards
- Processing samples to be taken to the show floor

**What you’ll bring to the team**:
To succeed in this role, some **p**rior experience in a warehouse role (ideally 3-5 years)**, as well as **demonstrated leadership skills gained from any previous role**, will be essential.

Other requirements include:

- Experience managing a team of people
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to delegate tasks as needed
- Forklift licence
- Strong communication skills

Although not essential, some interest or knowledge of the wool industry will be highly regarded.
