As such, we are looking for a Delivery Specialist who is ready to join us on this exciting journey and be a part of our Product Ownership team.
**The Role**
The purpose and unique contribution of your role is to lead the Analysis activities for projects and initiatives and elicit business needs, communicating these needs to the delivery and support teams and relevant parties.
For your role to make a difference, you will be customer focused, results driven and able to work collaboratively with our people, customers and partners.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the rollout, embedment and maturity of Product Ownership at IAG
- Leadership of initiative/project teams to deliver enhanced customer and business outcomes
- Develop a solid understanding of business outcome/benefits and steer projects and programs with these front of mind.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to shape initiative/project scope, solution and delivery approach
- Develop, monitor, maintain and continually improve business processes.
- Support the Manager and team members with key processes including asset, financial and capacity management.
- Help guide and educate key stakeholders to enable informed decision making
- Actively participate in and contribute to communities of practice Manage change management (all aspects including technical, initiative/project, people & process)
**Skills & Experience**
- Strong verbal and written presentation, facilitation and communication skills.
- Good understanding of, and exposure to, Agile approaches
- Degree in business or technology related field
- Formal Project Management qualifications
- Agile SDLC experience
- Waterfall SDLC experience
- Experience in matrix management organisations
- Experience in 3rd party/vendor management
- Experience with Atlassian and Microsoft Office Suite of products. Displays a commitment to ongoing personal development
- Agile Coaching

- A team player, with community spirit, strong communications skills and a “can do” attitude. Works well in a collaborative team setting.
