**About the area**
College Services provides academic administration and technical support to the University’s schools, providing support to Heads of School, academic staff, and research students. Teaching Operations is a department that sits within the Schools Operations team who deliver administrative and academic support services aligned with the University’s strategic objectives, focusing on teaching excellence, continuous improvement and best practices.

**About the opportunity**
- Deliver high-quality administrative support for the University’s teaching programs & units including student assessment and exams, timetabling and class allocations, LMS administration, and support for programs such as honours/final year projects etc.
- Collaborate across multiple teams to drive service efficiency, supporting Schools Operations and ensuring an optimal learning environment.
- Engage in continuous improvement of processes to enhance the University’s teaching support framework.

**About you**
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and substantial administrative experience.
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in a range of computing skills including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
- A commitment to delivering excellent customer service and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
