EDITOR

eluminate creative is a content agency with a heavy focus on video production. We are based in Darby Street, Newcastle. We have a growing team and are looking to expand. Our key focus is finding effective solutions to our client’s problems while developing long-lasting relationships.

We are seeking an experienced Editor on a part-time basis, with the potential for a full-time role. This position will be based in Newcastle, with options for flexibility. We are comprised of specialists in creative development, content creation, and eLearning development. We aim to be at the forefront of everything that we do, which is why we are seeking an experienced editor who is also very team-focused.

**REQUIRED SKILLS**
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a video editing role
- Confident in a variety of editing styles such as: fast-paced social content, training videos, event recaps, long-form storytelling
- Technically minded with an eye for detail
- Have an understanding of final delivery requirements and formatting
- Detail-oriented file management skills
- Comfortable working in a team environment
- Comfortable collaborating with other editors
- Ability to use your initiative and potentially work autonomously
- Natural problem solver with an interest in upskilling
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver on rapid deadlines

**HIGHLY VALUABLE**
- Experience using Final Cut Pro
- Experience using the Adobe Suite
- Understanding of station delivery requirements

We are based in Newcastle and offer flexible working arrangements. Our business development team and the clients they find will offer extensive variety and fascinating challenges.

Salary is commensurate based on experience.
