Windscreen Manager

**Motor Glass Windscreens** is a newly established automotive repairer specialising in hassle-free mobile repair glass and windscreens. We are a local business based in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne.

**About the Manager's role**:
This role is responsible for all operations in the mobile shop and requires someone to build on and maintain the high professional standards and business practices for Motor Glass Windscreens.

**Key responsibilities include, but not limited to**:

- Remove and fitting damaged windscreens;
- Chip repairs;
- Daily mobile shop scheduling;
- Management of quotations and invoicing processes;
- Liaising with insurers, suppliers and assessors while maintaining good working relationships; and
- Ensuring workflow of vehicles in the repair process.

**To be successful in this position, you will have**:

- Minimum of two years experience in management;
- Minimum of three years experience in the automotive industry;
- A broad knowledge of all vehicles (as well as previous experience in glass removal & fitting)
- Be a highly motivated team player;
- Ability to work independently; and
- A professional and committed manner.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Maribyrnong, VIC 3032: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
