This role will support the team that executes and delivers efficient, standardised and consistently high quality reporting, planning and analysis to provide News Corp Australia with financial insight to make informed business decisions on performance and future growth opportunities.

**What’s the role?**
- Support the organisational planning and reporting cycle and process, including consolidation of budget and monthly forecasts
- Analyse business performance trends and drivers to explain variances between actual results vs budget and forecast
- Work closely with the Divisional Finance Teams and Business Partners to provide the required information to support decision making
- Provide insightful and robust reporting detailing financial and non-financial information to key stakeholders
- Manage Tm1 operations, improvement and maintenance
- Manage New York head office reporting requirements
- Ownership of Chart of Accounts process, including review and approval
- Actively participate in delivering continuous simplification, process improvements and automation to management reporting and associated systems
- Actively participate in our high performing FP&A team by delivering engagement initiatives/social activities and facilitate development planning, induction, continuous finance education and information sharing
- Leverage skills and experience across the team and act as support for team members during peak periods and leave management
- Ad-hoc work as required

**Who you are**
- CA/CPA qualified
- 3+ years’ experience working in a financial analytical capacity
- Excellent financial acumen
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to multitask across several different projects at any one time to strict deadlines
- Resilient with an ability to manage competing deadlines
- TM1 experience desirable
