Baia The Italian, an iconic restaurant located in the heart of Darling Harbour, is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our front-of-house team. We offer an exciting work environment with opportunities for growth and development.

**Available Positions**:

- **Long-term Waiters** (Full-time and Casual shifts)
- **Runner Positions** (Casual shifts on Fridays and Saturdays)

**Position Title: Section Waiter**

Are you an experienced waiter with a passion for providing exceptional customer service? Baia The Italian is looking for Section Waiters with a positive and energetic attitude to join our team.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a waiter or section waiter
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong upselling and sales abilities
- Effective time-management and multitasking skills
- Strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitude
- RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification

**Position Title: Runner**

This is an excellent opportunity to build your hospitality career with hands-on experience and training. Our runners are vital to our operations, and we are excited to welcome new members to our team.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to carry 3 plates simultaneously
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong team player
- Strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitude
- RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification
