Ai Group Apprentice and Trainee Centre have a vacancy for a Hospitality Traineeship with our host employer based in the Balcatta area.

Our host company is looking for a hard working individual who has great attention to detail and is looking to start a career in the hospitality industry. They are looking for someone with leadership skills that they can potentially progress into a management position at the end of their traineeship.

Ai Group Apprentice and Trainee Centre is a Group Training Organisation who employs apprentices and trainees then places them with Host Organisations. We provide support for all apprentices and trainees by way of our mentoring program which fits in with regular visits to the workplace and TAFE.

**Your duties include**:

- Customer service and communication skills.
- Becoming a whizz at all stations Making Pizzas. Dough production. Prep Work. Also Includes delivering Pizza's.
- Ability and willingness to answer phones and process cash and credit transactions.
- Ability to check catalogues or computer databases to identify and locate the source of required parts.
- Participate in stocktaking and update computer data accurately and efficiently.
- Working as a team in a fast-paced, fun, quick-service casual dining restaurant environment
- Working a range of shifts including weekdays, weeknights & weekends
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of restaurant, Kitchen and undertake some heavy lifting.

**Desirable Requirements**:

- Year 11 schooling
- Eagerness to learn new skills
- Positive approach to workplace safety

**Mandatory Requirements**:
Must be an Australian Citizen or have the right to work in Australia
