Mobile Swimming Instructor

Manta Swim School is a mobile swim school in Noosa and surrounding areas. Kids can learn to swim in the comfort and convenience of their own home pools, or apartment complex, as we go to them. The program includes 'Babies and Toddlers Swim and Sing' (from 4mths) and 'Kids Learn to Swim' (4yrs+). High season starts in October and runs until April, with the opportunity to continue teaching in heated pools throughout the cooler months.

This is an awesome position for a Swimming Instructor to work in a flexible and autonomous role, with a great rate of pay. Applicants must be confident, reliable and able to drive to various locations around Noosa.

**Core objectives include**:

- Plan, organise and conduct swimming lessons based on individual needs
- Must be punctual and on time for each lesson to start promptly
- Create a safe, fun and positive environment during the lessons
- Regularly remind children and parents/carers of safety rules
- Build a great rapport with the children and their families.

**Licences, registrations and qualifications**
- Current Provide/Perform CPR
- Australian Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety (or international equivalent)
- Blue Card / Working with Children Check
- Drivers Licence

**Desirable criteria**
- First Aid Certificate

- Teacher of Adolescents and Adults

**Job Types**: Casual, Seasonal

Pay: $37.00 - $42.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 8 per week
