The Eternal Bouquet is an ecommerce brand specialising in real flowers that last over a year and personalised floral gifts. We create timeless products that bring joy and beauty to our customers across Australia. As a small, dynamic business, every team member plays an important role in our success.

We’re looking for a versatile and proactive individual to join us as an Operations & Creative Assistant to support our founders in the day-to-day operations of the business.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Order Fulfilment**: Picking, packing, and fulfilling customer orders with precision and care.
- **Creative Support**: Assisting the founder in the creative direction and branding of the business.
- **Business Operations**: Managing stock levels, assisting with inventory control, assisting in creating stunning floral arrangements for our premium products and ensuring smooth logístical operations.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Responding to customer inquiries, maintaining records, and supporting ad-hoc administrative duties requested by the founders.
- **Personal Assistance**: Providing direct support to the founder with tasks such as organising schedules, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring day-to-day activities run efficiently.

- You’re highly organised, proactive, and thrive in a dynamic hybrid fast-paced environment.
- You enjoy a varied role and are willing to take on a mix of tasks with enthusiasm.
- You’re detail-oriented and take pride in delivering quality work.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You’re tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems (experience with design tools such as Photoshop, Canva is a bonus).
- Previous experience in an ecommerce or creative business is an advantage but not essential.
