We are looking for **CUSTOMER SERVICE and SALES SUPERSTARS** who understand the value of a genuine customer service experience but also how to deliver that experience in an appropriate and helpful way. **The roles and responsibilities**:

- Delivering genuine customer service
- Sales and up selling of mobile phone accessories
- Stock take
- Opening and closing duties.
- Stock ordering and inventory management.
- Meeting and exceeding store KPI’s

- Exceptional sales and customer service skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Motivation, enthusiasm, and enjoys a challenge
- Can do attitude
- Be adaptable and cope well within a fast-paced retail environment

**Salary**: $29.23 - $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Shift work

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Glen Waverley VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Point of Sale (POS) software: 1 year (preferred)
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
