Programmed Skilled Workforce are currently seeking competent Gardeners and landscapers located in the South East Suburbs
**The role**:
Our property teams have become extremely busy during the warmer months. Programmed are looking for enthusiastic people that enjoy working outdoors. Environments range from university grounds to age care homes.
**About your new role**:
- Trimming edges, laying turf, pruning trees, mowing lawns, sowing, planting, weeding, spreading fertilizer, clearing shrubs, and trimming hedges.
- Use of basic machinery such as mowers and whipper snippers
- Occasional sweeping and cleaning of paths, gutters, and drains.
- General landscaping, gardening, and overall grounds maintenance work
- Overtime penalty rates
**About you**:
- Experience in a similar environment desirable
- Driver's licence and own vehicle highly desirable
- At Least 2 references from previous roles (Team leaders, leading hands, Project managers etc)
- Physically fit to lift to 10kgs
- A positive attitude and excellent work ethic
- Self
- motivated
- Safety focused
