Ipswich Girls’ Grammar School including Ipswich Junior Grammar School offers high quality, non-denominational education to students from Kindy to Year 12 (co-education from Kindy to Year 6, girls only Years 7-12). **THE OPPORTUNITY**

Are you a university student passionate about technology and eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic ICT environment?

Join our ICT team for a 5-week paid placement where you’ll play a key role in supporting our school’s technology operations

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide Level 1 IT support to staff and students (basic troubleshooting, password resets, device setup)
- Assist with hardware and software installations
- Support the team in maintaining IT inventory and documentation
- Help monitor and respond to helpdesk tickets
- Participate in daily ICT operations and team meetings
- Currently enrolled in an ICT, Computer Science, or related university program
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of Windows, Office 365, and common IT tools
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a team environment
