About Us: Nestled in the beautiful Langhorne Creek wine region, Project Wine is a dynamic contract winery processing 10,000 tonnes of grapes annually from South Australia’s finest wine regions. We cater to a diverse client base, handling everything from small boutique batches to large-scale productions.

Position: Cellar Hand

Are you passionate about wine and eager to dive into the winemaking process? We’re looking for casual Cellar Hands to join our Vintage 2025 team. Experience is a plus, but your enthusiasm and willingness to learn are what matter most.

What You’ll Do:

- Crush fresh grapes into juice or must to begin the winemaking process
- Follow the winemakers guidance to improve those juices and prepare them for winemaking
- Monitor the fermentation process
- Operate various filters (RDV, Earth, Xflow)
- Engage in barrel work and wine tasks (transfers, blending, additions)
- Load and unload tankers
- Operate forklifts (licence required)
- Maintain cellar cleanliness and hygiene

- Availability to work rotating shifts during the vintage period (approximately February to April), including extended hours and weekends

Pay: $23.78 - $40.48 per hour

Supplementary Pay:
