**THE OPPORTUNITY**

Companywide growth and subsequent team rearrangements has opened a career defining vacancy and rare opportunity to lead our day shift warehouse as **Despatch Manager.** Stratco’s Ormeau manufacturing and distribution facility is looking for a motivated, professional, customer focused, and experienced manager to join our Despatch team, reporting to the** State Logistics Manager.**

This is a **FULL TIME **role - working day shift hours - Monday to Friday.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Oversee DIFOT, reworks, stock transfers, load accuracy and transport costing
- New starter inductions, data analysis, reporting and overseeing day shift operations
- Implement process and housekeeping to ensure best customer service & product delivery possible
- Support and coordinate team member training and development
- Collaborate with team members, other departments and on projects as required
- Strict adherence to our national critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment

**ABOUT YOU**
- Essential - Experience in a despatch supervisory role, ideally within building or manufacturing industries
- Essential - Experience in vehicle loading & Fork lift licence
- Relentless passion to drive processes and systems, and lead a team to do the same
- Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
- Whilst experience is great, it’ll be your passion, reliable attitude and personality that set you apart
