The
**Digital Media Executive** will support the paid customer acquisition strategy across our businesses. You will primarily focus on media strategy and execution across paid search, display, social media and native ads, but also contribute to marketing strategy and customer experience.

You will have a minimum of 2-3 years in digital performance media at an agency ior client side working on large budgets with a tight focus on lead gen best practices, cost per sale, revenue per sale and cost per lead. You will be partially responsible for the overall delivery of acquisition targets for our business.

Your key accountabilities will be;
- Work with your team lead on strategy to expand or improve returns from business unit(s).
- Ensure tactics and strategy are best in class.
- Deliver campaigns in-line with provided performance metrics such as cost per lead, cost per booking and revenue per lead
- Ensure always-on campaigns are running efficiently and identify opportunities for enhancements
- Analyse campaign performance to identify profitable segments.
- Ensure compliance processes are followed during the execution phase
- Manage an ongoing schedule of A/B tests that further the understanding of the audience and profitable tactics
- Work with the Content & Design teams to produce creatives for various media and shape the user experience for the better
- Collaborate with the Data team to visualise performance results and generate insights to be shared with the wider team.
- Ensure skills are industry-leading through regular networking, research and training.
- Responsible for ensuring the returns outweigh the cost.Focus on generating leads at a profitable rate (positive Margin Per Lead).
- Work within a monthly volume target and budget.

Ideal experience and capability;
- 2+ year experience in digital performance media working on lead generation campaigns.
- 2+ years experience working with offshore team and managing contractors to deliver desired outputs.
- 2+ years experience working on funnel optimisation with a product and CRO team to optimise paid media conversion rate.
- Significant experience in the insurance category (preferably health insurance industry)
- 1+ years hands-on experience in a range of digital media channels including social media advertising, paid search, display and native ads including implementation, optimisations, analysis and reporting.
- Good working knowledge of platforms and tools such as but not limited to Tableau, Unbounce, Asana, CM360, Outbrain, Google Ads, Meta, Tiktok, DSP (Verizon, DV360), GTM, Hightouch, and Zapier.
- Experience ideating and briefing ad creatives and landing pages to a design team, defining hypothesis, setting up AB test, and analysing results to improve performance.
- Experience working with a content team, supporting the content calendar development (articles, guides, landing page, organic social posts) according to paid media campaigns performance and market trends.
- Experience working on competitive monitoring tools, producing reports and utilise insights to improve our own paid activity (creatives, landing pages, forms etc.)
- Strong analytical skills using BI tools and abilities to translate analytical insights into strategic outputs.
- Time management: we are a fast-moving business, you will need to be able to manage your time and priorities.
- Organised and Methodical: You will be setting up, streamlining and improving a set of media implementation processes.
- Effective communicator: We work better as a team. You will be required to provide feedback on a regular basis.
- Graduate degree in marketing or business.
