**Who Are We**

We are Australia’s fastest-growing medical preparation company, specialising in **comprehensive, innovative and results-driven UCAT and Interview preparation** which empowers aspiring doctors to gain admission into medical school. **200+** of our 2024 students received offers into medical school for **2025**, including **73 offers into Monash, 53 into UQ, 47 into JMP (UoN/UNE), 46 into UNSW and 42 into Adelaide Uni**

Our UCAT & Interview programs are characterised by engaging group lessons, abundant resources and 24/7 support, as well as industry-first initiatives such as **Australia’s first Simulated UCAT Testing Centres** and **Free 1-On-1 Medical Admissions Consultations.** Our students achieve **record-breaking UCAT results**, including the World Record UCAT Score of 3590 (2023), a 3060 Median (2024), 1 in 2 score 90th Percentile (2024), and 43 x 99th Percentile (3350+) students (2024).

**Over 2000 students and 80 staff** have joined us since our founding. Last year, we successfully expanded our in-person Live Testing Centres to **Brisbane and Sydney**, with **over 1000 bookings**, and **hundreds of new enrolments from all over Australia**. This isn't a regular admin or tutoring role where you'll deal with boring paperwork or rude customers. Instead, you'll have the opportunity to **talk to dozens of parents and students every week.** You'll get to have banter, they'll share fun stories, and you'll also get an opportunity to be a supportive figure in the students' final years at school.

When you join, you'll be properly onboarded with all the support and personal feedback you need to settle in, and you'll work closely with our Medical Admissions Team Leader and the rest of the team to upskill and refine your communication and problem-solving skills. You'll also be thoroughly introduced to our medical admissions knowledge base, our CRM software, our consultation documentation, and our current UCAT and Interview course structures.

**Expected Work Hours**
- **Minimum 10 Hours** Weekly Shifts
- **Highly Flexible** Work Schedule You’ll have the freedom to decide which days and times you prefer to work each week The only restriction is that students are unavailable for calls and consultations during school hours :)

**Compensation**

$40/hr + Super
