eStore Logistics is the market leading eCommerce and omni-channel third-party Logistics provider (3PL). We are a tech enabled logistics leader, having a strong reputation as the trusted fulfillment partner for our clients which include Australia’s largest pure play online retailer, Australia’s largest online furniture retailer, more than 10 of Australia’s top 50 eCommerce businesses and many iconic retailers which have a retail store and eCommerce presence.

The business is rapidly expanding and currently has 7 fulfillment centers (FC) across Australia. eStore Logistics has recently introduced Australian-first goods to person picking technology that utilises autonomous mobile robots at its Victorian sites and continues to cement itself as a market leader in the 3PL space.

**What are we looking for?**

The successful applicant will pride themselves on their attention to detail, their ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders, and will understand the importance of putting the customer first. They are tech savvy problem solvers at heart, driven to achieve goals and support their team to win, and are known for their organisational skills. Additionally, if growth is something yearned for, the Fulfillment and Applications Support person will have numerous opportunities to further develop their career within diverse operational functions across the business.

**What will you do?**
- Support daily warehouse operations via the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Manage key data structures in WMS (e.g. product attributes and packaging information)
- Manage and correct freight carrier data rejections
- Lodge daily shipments with carriers
- Review and investigate data integration reports for customers
- Action automated error alerts for issues relating to orders, item masters and receipt files
- Assist with multi-site automation functions and/or projects
- Review AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robot) inventory and client migration
- Assist internal stakeholders with daily shipment support
- Manage and generate international consignments and carrier manifests
- Utilise file transfer protocol (FTP) to upload master files
- Book and coordinate VIP order requests
- Work as a team to achieve daily results through planning and coordinating with others
- Identify, evaluate and develop business opportunities

**What skills will you have?**
- Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role (Experience in a third-party logistics, freight or warehousing environment highly regarded)
- Qualification in IT, Data Analytics or Data Science
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Google
- A strong customer service ethic, excellent interpersonal skills and well defined communication skills
- Organisation, problem solving and the ability to build relationships with diverse individuals

**Additional requirements**:

- Australian citizenship or permanent residence.
- Reliable transport (limited public transport)
