Le Buste is Brisbane’s trusted destination for fuller bust lingerie and expert bra fittings—and we’re on an exciting journey of growth. What began in a home studio evolved into a charming boutique, and now thrives in our vibrant, spacious store in Wynnum.

We are looking for a Casual Retail Assistant/Bra Fitter to join our team for up to 10 hours a week on a Monday to Saturday roster (must be able to work Saturday).

As a Retail Assistant your day will include:

- Provide the full Bra Fitting experience with a friendly empathetic attitude
- Create a welcoming environment for every customer
- POS and till reconciliations
- Processing deliveries and displaying new styles
- Maintain boutique presentation and assist with inventory, merchandising and digital storytelling.

The ideal applicant will have:

- Have a warm, confident and thoughtful attitude.
- Experience in Retail or Customer Service roles
- Ability to communicate with a broad range of customers
- Computer Skills Experience, including POS systems along with social media platforms
- Strong alignment to our brand and ethics
- Flexible availability and must be able to work Saturday’s and flexibility during busier periods.
- Show resilience, passion for lingerie or fashion, and eagerness to learn the art of bra fitting.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 10 per week
