**About the Role**:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic **Parts Salesperson/Interpreter** to join our team at **Bathurst Toyota**. The successful applicant will have a positive can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.

**The position will involve the following**:

- Liaise with customers to assist with spare parts and accessories enquiries
- Use of Manufacturer EPC (Electronic Parts Catalogue) to determine required parts.
- Use of online manufacturer’s portal to locate and source parts.
- Producing quotes for panel shops and mechanical workshops
- Processing of customer orders and/or quotes through the DMS system (Tune)
- Assist with stock checking and order processing
- Working as part of a team to provide & maintain a high level standard of customer service
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
- Parts interpreting skills preferred
- Good computer skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Current drivers license
