**The opportunity**

We have
**casual** and
**permanent part-time opportunities** available for you to improve the well-being of clients in the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western suburbs of Adelaide. Support a wide range of clients, including aged care, independent, complex care, mental health, palliative, under 65s and clients recently discharged from hospital.

Working a minimum 3-hour shift, the operational hours for
**day shifts** commence between
**7:00am and 8:00am**
**up until 4:00pm **and
** evening shifts** commence between
**3:00pm and 4:00pm up until 11:00pm, including weekends.**

**Key responsibilities**
- Work alone in client homes to provide personal care, medication assistance, social support, respite care, shopping support, transport assistance, meal preparation, home-exercise programs and occasional domestic assistance
- Work with our multidisciplinary team to ensure physical and emotional needs of clients are met
- Build relationships with clients & their families and work together to ensure values, independence & positivity are the heart of your visit
- Be an empathetic support during difficult times

**About you**
- Certificate III in Aged Care, Community Care or Individual Support (Aged Care)
- Adaptable & flexible
- Availability to work a minimum of three days per week
- A current valid Driver’s Licence recognised in South Australia & your own insured, roadworthy vehicle
- Minimum of 12 months experience with a passion for Community Care and supporting vulnerable people
- Excellent interpersonal skills and understanding of the English language both verbally and written

**Benefits**
- $30.95 p/h (Casual) or $24.76 p/h (PPT) plus superannuation
- Shift loading of 50% on Saturday and 75% on Sunday
