An opportunity has become available for a **Supervisor** to join our **Civil Construction** team based in **Trafalgar**. This role will be responsible for the management and delivery of various civil construction projects across the Gippsland region. **Reporting to the Operations Manager,** you will be accountable to lead and coordinate personnel, while managing the plant, suppliers and resources to complete projects on time, on budget and safely.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Experience across pavements, construction/earthmoving plant or civil construction is highly regarded
- Efficient supervision of personnel, plant, machinery and subcontractors on site
- Drive accountability throughout the workforce
- Computer savvy and proficient in MS Office
- Strong safety focus with demonstrated evidence of actively promoting and sustaining a Zero harm environment
- Commitment to Quality outcomes with a focus on delivering in full and on time
- A successful track record of proactively building relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
