**Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist other projects or departments as needed, including cleaning, deep cleaning, gardening, waste management or ad hoc support duties, depending on site requirements and direction from supervisors or management.
- Operate equipment and machineries safely and proficiently, following established protocols and procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Assist/perform other reasonable tasks and responsibilities as required.
- Act as buddy to new team member that join the company.
- Report any incidents, whether involved or not, to EG Supervisor and ensure that your piece of equipment is parked up safely, and a post check inspection is conducted at the end of each shift.

**Skills and Experiences**:
**Key Criteria**:

- Minimum 3 years experience in mine site cleaning, deep cleaning or gardening.
- Proven ability to work flexibly across various tasks to support operational needs.
- Experience operating and maintaining machinery and equipment.
- Previous FIFO experience essential.
- Sound computer literacy
- Must have a valid WA driver's licence
- Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
- Willingness to complete national police check and pre-employment medical prior to employment.
- Rio Tinto Inducted (highly desirable)
