Instrumental Specialist

Are you passionate about music education and teaching? We are seeking an enthusiastic Cello Teacher to deliver weekly group Cello lessons at the Strathfield campus. This lessons are held each Wednesday from 11:30am - 1:30pm.

**What's involved...**
- Deliver an engaging group music lesson.
- Prepare and present material for the instruction of the practical aspects of the instrument.
- Organise and conduct rehearsals, sectionals and performances of the School’s performing groups, if required.
- Liaise with parents and provide feedback about their child's progress.

**We are looking for...**
- Experience as a Cello Teacher, ideally within a school context.
- Undergraduate degree and/or professional Music qualifications.
- Patience, creativity and an ability to engage and motivate students, fostering their love for music.
- A covering letter and copy of your current Resume, including 2 professional references.
- Compliance requirements needed prior to employment include: NSW-Working with Children number, First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011), CPR Certificate (HLTAID009), and Office of the Children’s Guardian Child Safe eLearning Certificate.
