- ** Lead & Inspire**: Deliver high-energy group strength and conditioning sessions that motivate every member—from beginners to hybrid fitness event racers.
- ** Be a Star**: Own the room with your passion and expertise, ensuring every class leaves members feeling empowered.
- ** Focus on What Matters**: Work in an environment where chasing leads is a thing of the past—your full attention is on crafting the ultimate gym experience.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- ** Passionate & Energetic**: A coach who radiates enthusiasm and is unafraid to step into the spotlight.
- ** Experienced**: Proven experience in delivering group fitness or strength and conditioning classes.
- ** Certified Pro**: Possession of Cert III & IV Fitness or Exercise Science/Physiology degree.
- ** Member-First Mindset**: A genuine desire to connect with and motivate members at every fitness level.
- ** Team Player**: Someone who thrives in a collaborative, high-energy environment.
