**About the Role**

We’re seeking an **experienced Certificate III Educator** to join our wonderful team at **Little Zak’s Academy Thornton 2**on a **full-time basis**.

In this role, you’ll:

- Create engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences for your group of children
- Foster strong, positive relationships with families and colleagues
- Contribute to a collaborative and professional teaching environment
- Support the planning, implementation and evaluation of educational programs
- Ensure our environments remain safe, stimulating and inclusive for all children
- Uphold the highest standards of health, safety and compliance

**About You**
You’ll bring enthusiasm, professionalism and a genuine love of working with children.
To be successful in this role, you’ll have:

- A **Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care**:

- Availability to work full-time
- A **current Working with Children Check**:

- **Child Protection Training/Certificate**:

- Strong knowledge of the **National Quality Framework**, **NQS** and **EYLF**:

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A **First Aid Certificate** (or willingness to obtain one)
