Lash Technician

Are you an experienced Lash Artist looking for your next long-term role? Glossy Hub is a boutique lash salon in **Paddington, Sydney**, established in 2019. We pride ourselves on premium lash artistry, a welcoming atmosphere, and strong company culture.

We’re seeking a **Senior Lash Technician** who is passionate about lashes, confident in their craft, and ready to grow with us.

**What We’re Looking For**:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in lash extensions (essential)
Ability to complete a full set (90-100% coverage) within 1hr 30-2hrs
Excellent lash isolation skills with a neat, precise finish
Available to work **at least 1 weekend day**
Must speak **fluent English** and be a **great communicator**
Bubbly, positive personality and a strong team player
✨ Brow shaping, lamination & waxing experience preferred (but not essential)

**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver premium lash extension services
- Perform lash lifts & tints
- Offer brow lamination, waxing & tinting (if skilled)
- Provide professional teeth whitening (training provided if required)
- Greet and consult clients with exceptional customer service
- Assist with general salon duties & maintain a clean workspace
- Meet KPIs with a focus on client satisfaction and quality
