We are currently seeking a **Crop Care Supervisor at our Warragul site** to lead our Crop Care operations and drive our team towards excellence.
**Role Overview**:
As a Crop Care Supervisor, you will oversee the care and cultivation of our crops, ensuring that our Crop Care Team Members complete their tasks effectively to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality requirements. Your leadership will be crucial in managing team performance, schedules, and engagement while fostering a collaborative atmosphere.
**In this role, you will**:
- Supervise the Crop Care Team, ensuring all tasks related to crop management are executed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as needed to achieve KPIs.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing coaching and support to team members.
- Manage rosters and scheduling to ensure optimal staffing levels and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with the relevant teams to align crop care practices with overall business goals.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout all crop care operations.
- Maintain accurate records of crop performance and team activities, reporting on progress and outcomes.
**What will you bring**:
- Previous leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and engage a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- Strong analytical skills to assess performance metrics and implement improvements.
- A degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in crop management or agricultural operations, with a strong understanding of crop care practices is preferred but not mandatory.
