Project Wine Pty Ltd is a leading grape processing, winemaking, and storage facility located in the beautiful Langhorne Creek wine region. We work with premium fruit from across South Australia, offering contract services to a diverse client base and producing wines for both domestic and international markets.
We’re currently seeking an **Administrative Assistant** to support our growing operations. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a collaborative, quality-focused team in a dynamic and rewarding industry.
**What We’re Looking For**
We’re looking for someone who is exceptional at time management, thrives on administrative systems, is detailed-orientated and eager to learn. You don’t need to have winery experience; however, proven administrative experience is essential.
**What You’ll Do**
As an Administrative Assistant you’ll play a key role in the administration of various projects required to run the winery
Your responsibilities may include:
- Assist the Winemaking team with administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate and compliant records for HACCP, WH&S, Organics, SWA, EPA & NPI
- Purchase Ordering and Processing
- Data entry
- General Office Administration
